The Challenge

Launched the Pixel Foundation, a Private Foundation and Canadian Registered Charity focused on using creativity to support mental health and eliminate the stigma of mental illness. The Foundation was integrated into the business strategy, and established a very meaningful impact. Trained 500 employees across Canada in multiple locations and time zones. Pixel Foundation launched on March 12, 2020 – a few days before the pandemic. With a solid strategy and implementation, the Foundation goals remained the same – but how the Foundation achieved their goals was different but highly relevant.
