Founded in 1984, Yingkou Kangru Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Iron and Steel Industry District of Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, the hinterland of heavy industry in Northeast China. It now covers an area of more than 22,000 square meters and a construction area of 12,000 square meters.
